Equipment Calibration & Benchmarking

Our Digital Technicians perform calibration tests on all active equipment at the start of every shift. At your request, we’ll happily include the test scans from equipment used on your project as part of your digital file delivery. See our process

DURING SCANNING

During the capture process our Digital Technicians note any anomalies found during the scanning process, passing the report along for later use during our image-by-image quality check. Your Backstage Project Manager is alerted to any defects or problems in your original materials so that you can be notified and consulted.

AFTER WE'VE SCANNED

Doing it right the first time! Some vendors will agree to fix any problems (within a set period of time) that you find, squarely putting the burden on your shoulders. All work done by Backstage Library Works is delivered with our exclusive lifetime guarantee. Backstage will correct to the client’s satisfaction, and at our expense, any non-adherence to the established agreement, no matter when such problem comes to light.

BEFORE IT GOES OUT THE DOOR

Once files are moved onto delivery media we do one final check to make sure all the data transferred without problem. The last thing you need is to receive invalid data.
